Can I demolish my house and build a new custom home?
Often, yes, subject to demolition permits, zoning, lot coverage, setbacks, servicing and other municipal requirements.
Can I build a two-storey home with a basement?
This may be possible depending on zoning, building-code requirements, site conditions and approvals.
Can I include a separate rental or family suite?
